My wife and I have recently been to Lossiemouth to visit relatives, What a journey (10 hours drive) but worth all the effort. We had a great time with my sister and brother-in-law, and their daughter Adele, our Niece and her family, Scott, her husband and their two lovely girls Lily & Lucy, who very kindly gave up their beds for us. All of the areas we visited look sunny and bright which mainly it was but the cold was for me overwhelming plus the wind chill from the sea, all made it freezing cold and didn’t inspire my photography, however we did manage to achieve some mediocre images some of which were later entered into national photographic competitions.

My Sister Margaret and her husband Roy with my wife Irene at the WHALE and DOLPHIN centre Spay Bay on the River Spay estuary, I don't know how Margaret coped with the bitter cold and wind from the Moray Firth.
